We do not provide Emergency Medical Services at this facility.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency you should go directly to an ER at the nearest hospital - do not wait till Wednesday to be seen.

1. We are open only on Wednesdays from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Please plan to be here before 7:15 PM.  Also, be prepared to wait because some days are busier than others.
2. Please bring all of your old medical records and medications with you so that our physician can review them.
3. All services provided at the Free Health Stop are free of charge.  We are not responsible for the cost of prescription drugs, labs, X Rays or any other services when we refer you out to other providers or facilities.
4. We do not have any medicines at the Free Health Stop.  If we can, we will provide you with free sample medicines or vouchers.
5. At present we are not able to offer any free blood tests for our patients. Therefore, it is important for you to ask the Lab technician about the charges for blood tests which are being ordered before you have your blood or urine tests done.
6. Our Physicians at the Free Health Stop are volunteers and they do not intend to take over your medical care as your “Primary Care Physician”. Therefore, please refrain from calling them at their offices or home.  They do not have excess to your medical records.
7. Services will be provided “first come first served” principal and you will be seen by the next available physician.  Please don’t make demands for your choice of physician, until unless you have been asked to be seen by some particular physician.
8. We would prefer that you get connected with a Primary Care Physician out side the Free Health Stop so that you get best possible, continual long term medical care for you chronic medical conditions.  We can help you with list of Health Care Centers in the area.
9. If you are looking for results of your blood test.  Please send us an e-mail at freehealthstop@gmail.com and must provide with name, date of birth, telephone number and the date blood test was done. 
10. If you are looking for copies of you medical records or lab results.  Please come to Free Health Stop on Wednesdays and we would be happy to provide you a copy of blood test results and medical records
11. We are always in need of volunteers to work at our Free Health Stop.  If you think you can volunteer few hours a month, please talk to us.
